Warga tua, muda, ibu mengandung, atuk, nenek, budak tadika, belia, beliwanis, peniaga, penjual roti canai, penjual telefon, peminat futsal, orang, ramai, polis, masyarakat di flat, rumah teres, rumah batu dan kayu begitu ceria dan bersyukur keujudan pusat perubahan minda dan kemudahan pertama didunia terlengkap dalam khidmat kepada rakyat tercinta.

Hazrat Jabir reports: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said:
“Whoever receives a favor should respond to it right away if he can find him (who has done the favor). If he cannot, he should praise him (who has done the favor). Actually, by praising him, he thanks him. Whoever does not respond to a favor is ungrateful.”

Wakil masyarakat yang ditemui ketika minum teh tarik di tingkat 1 dengan megah dan rendah hati berkata, “ Bijak dan cekap sungguh pimpinan Melayu Islam terbilang DS Mohd Najib dan TS Muhyiddin menjaga kebajikan kami, Insyallah kami undi dan sokong mereka selari dengan hadith Nabi kita”.

Bribery (Al-Rishwah) Corruption Rasuah Tanah Pekembar Bijaksana

Assalamualaikum wbt Saudara-Saudari ku,

Bribery or Al-Rishwah in Islamic legal parlance means an offer or promise of whatever nature given to someone in order to influence him or persuade him to do something which is unlawful in the circumstances in favour of the giver. In other words, it is an incentive that is illegally given to someone in position of authority to influence his sense of justice, due process and
discretion. Bribery as a form of economic crime is prohibited under the Islamic law. The Prophet (SAW) was reported to have said, “Allah has cursed one giving bribe and one receiving bribe as well as the go between.”

The Prophet (SAW) was reported to have sent ‘Abdullah bin al-luthbiyyah Azdi to collect the Zakat for Bani Sulami tribe. In rendering account to the Prophet (SAW), Abdullah indicated a portion of the collection given to him as a gift. The response of the Messenger of Allah (SWA) was; “If you were sitting in the house of your father or your mother would any one give you that gift if you are really truthful.” Giving of gifts to people who occupy public office or position of authority, by the consensus of scholars, are not to be accepted and if at all to be accepted based on any compelling circumstances; it should be paid into the public treasury (Bait almal). Caliph Umar (RA) was reported to have sent to all his governors the following message; “Beware of gifts because they form part of bribe”.

Amat jelas pimpinan Melayu Islam dibawah teraju bimbingan dan kerja sama Melayu Bersatu DS Najib dan Muhyiddin serta Khairy dan Dr Khir tidak putus harapan dan sentiasa yakin penuh budaya rasuah dapat dihapuskan. Ini selari dan selaras dengan ajaran agama Islam mulia yang mencegah dari umatnya menghampiri rasuah.

Jauhi amalan Sang Rang Bulan Putih yang menyerah tanah pada Sang Roket yang jelas bercanggah dengan amalan Islam. “Kawe raso kecewa dan dah tak percaya Pak Lebai Bulan, Al- Rishwah” ujar warga Kelate yang ditemui di Pasir Mas baru-baru ini.
